Delivery

Delivery will take place Monday-Friday during business hours also some weekends. We will contact you a couple of days prior to advise a day for delivery. On the day of delivery, we will contact you approx. one hour prior to arrival onsite. Any information regarding access that we may need to be aware of (such as dirt road, lift access, steps, stairs, steep driveway, narrow entrance) should be noted at the time of placing your order. Additional charges may apply if access is difficult and we are not informed prior to delivery.

Please be aware that any order that weighs over 50kg will need persons on site from the costumers end to help with instillation. The number of people needed to help will depend on the weight of the product. If people are unable to supply correct amount of people there will be additional charges.
